Teilnahmeberechtigung / Conditions of entry

Diese Schau findet unter ECAHO-Regeln (Rules for Conduct of shows) statt, das Blue Book 2021 ist vollumfänglich gültig. Startberechtigt auf der S-Show sind alle rein ägyptischen Vollblutaraber, die zum Nennungsschluß in einem WAHO anerkannten Stutbuch registriert sind. Der Nennung muss entweder ein entsprechendes Registrierungszertifikat oder ein Brief des Stutbuchs beigefügt sein welcher bestätigt, dass die Registrierung des Pferdes bis zum Datum der Schau abgeschlossen sein wird. Allen Nennungen muss diese Bestätigung sowie eine Kopie des Pferdepasses mit einer grafischen Darstellung des Pferdes (ausländische Pferde) und einer Chipnummer zur Identifizierung beigefügt sein. Keinem Pferd ist das Betreten des Schaurings gestattet, solange nicht sein Name und alle anderen relevanten Daten im Schaukatalog abgedruckt sind. Nennungsformulare ohne gültige Unterschrift und ohne Kopie des Registrierungszertifikates sind ungültig. Titel- oder A-Schau Champions (Gold und Silber) dürfen für den Rest des Kalenderjahres und die beiden folgenden Jahre nicht an der Schau teilnehmen, außer sie wechseln von einer Junior- in eine Seniorklasse. Jeder, der ein überqualifiziertes Pferd nennt, muss eine Strafe in Höhe von € 600 zahlen und wird disqualifiziert.

This show is governed by the ECAHO Rules for Conduct of Shows, the Blue Book 2021 is fully appli- cable. The S-Show is open to Straight Egyptian horses which are registered in any WAHO recognized Studbook by the closing date of entry. Entries must either present a relevant registration certificate or enclosed with the entry, a letter by the register confirming that the registration will be completed by the date of the show. All the entries must be accompanied by these documents and a copy of the passport of the horse, including a graphic description (foreign horses) and a chip number to check the identity of the horses. No horse will be permitted to enter the show ring unless its name and all other relevant details have been printed in the catalogue. Entry forms without a valid signature and a copy of the registration certificate are void. Title Show or A Show Champions Gold and Silver medal winners are not allowed to take part in a Specific Origin Show for the rest of that calendar year and the two calendar years following, unless the horse has passed from a yearling to junior, from junior to a senior category.

Anybody entering an overqualified horse will be liable to a fine of €600 and the horse will be disqualified.

Deadline of entries is June 30th 2021.

Richtsystem / Judging system

Die Richter richten jede Klasse unabhängig voneinander ohne Katalog nach folgenden Kriterien:

Typ, Kopf, Hals und Schulter, Gebäude und Oberlinie, Fundament, Bewegung. Vergeben werden für alle Kriterien 1-20 Punkte, halbe Punkte sind erlaubt. Der Typ wird mit 2 multipliziert.

Fohlen im Alter von 1-6 Monaten müssen bei Fuß der Mutter gezeigt werden. Das Vorführen der Fohlen muß an der Hand erfolgen. Bei der Einzelvorstellung dürfen Sie in Bewegung freigelassen werden, damit die Gänge ungezwungen gezeigt werden können. Fohlen werden nicht nach dem oben beschriebenen Richtsystem bewertet, sondern gemeinsam von den Richtern vergleichend gerichtet, d.h. die Richter notieren gemeinsamdie Rangierung in der Klasse.

Regeln bei Punktgleichheit

Bei Punktgleichheit der plazierten Pferde entscheidet die jeweils höchste Typnote über die Plazierung. Wenn dennoch Punktgleichheit besteht, wird die höchste Bewegungsnote herangezogen. Liegt nun noch immer eine Punktgleichheit vor, so werden die entsprechenden Pferde noch einmal vergleichend gerichtet.

Richtsystem für die Championate

Die Gold- , Silber- und Bronzemedaillengewinner werden aus allen Pferden ausgewählt, die sich in ihrer Klasse für das Championat qualifiziert haben. Das erst- und zweitplatzierte Pferd jeder Klasse qualifiziert sich für die Teilnahme am Championat.

1.) Die Championate werden wie folgt gerichtet:

1. Alle Pferde, die sich für die Teilnahme am Championat qualifiziert haben, kommen in den Ring und stellen sich der Reihenfolge nach Katalognummern auf.
2. Die Pferde werden einzeln im Stand und in der Bewegung (im Trab)
3. Jeder Richter fällt zeitgleich seine Entscheidung für den Gold-, Silber oder Bronzechampion aus allen Pferden, die sich für das Championat qualifiziert

Die Punkte für die nominierten Pferde werden wie folgt vergeben:

• Ein Pferd, das von einem Richter für den Goldchampion nominiert wurde erhält 4 Punkte
• Ein Pferd, das von einem Richter für den Silberchampion nominiert wurde erhält 2 Punkte
• Ein Pferd, das von einem Richter für den Bronzechampion nominiert wurde enthält 1 Punkt. Goldchampion wird das Pferd mit den meisten Stimmen für den Gold Medal Champion. Im Falle, dass es eine Stimmengleichheit für den Goldchampion gibt, wird das Pferd mit der höchsten Anzahl an

Championatspunkten Goldmedaillengewinner. Für die folgenden Pferde gilt: Silbermadeillengewinner wird das Pferd mit der zweithöchsten Punktzahl aus den Championatspunkten. Bronzemedaillengewinner wird das Pferd mit der dritthöchsten Punktzahl aus den Championatspunkten.

Im Falle eines Gleichstandes gelten die Regeln der ECAHO. Die Pferde werden nicht von den Richtern diskutiert.

2.) Es wird ein viertes Pferd ermittelt, welches die Bronze Medaille gewinnt, für den Fall, dass eines der ersten drei Pferde disqualifiziert werden muss. Wenn dieses Pferd aus den Stimmzetteln nicht ersichtlich ist, werden die Richter aufgefordert, ein Pferd zu benennen. Dieses Pferd wird nicht bekannt gegeben. Für den Fall, dass zwei oder mehr der Medaillengewinner disqualifiziert werden, wird keine weitere Auswahl vorgenommen.

3.) Alle Pferde, die sich für das Championat qualifiziert haben, müssen auch daran teilnehmen, es sein denn es liegt ein tierärztliches Attest vom DC Tierarzt vor, dass das Pferd nicht teilnehmen kann. Anderenfalls wird das Pferd von der gesamten Schau disqualifiziert und ist für ein Jahr ab dem Zeitpunkt der Schau nicht mehr startberechtigt auf einer ECAHO Schau. Für den Fall, dass ein Pferd aus dem o. g. Grund disqualifiziert wird, rückt das folgende Pferd in der Platzierung der jeweiligen Klasse nach, darf jedochnicht amChampionat teilnehmen.

Judges judge each class independently from one another and without catalogue according to the

following criteria: type, head, neck and shoulder, body andtopline, legs, movement, based on the

20-points-system (half points allowed). The type will be multiplied by two. The points awarded by the judges will be added and divided by the number of judges. Foals aged 1-6 months must be shown at foot with the dam. Foals must be show in-hand, during the individual presentation they might be left loose to show their movement. The comparative judging system is used.

Rules for Ties in Qualifying Places

In the event of a tie in the qualifying places of a class, the higher place will be given to the horse with the most points for type. If there is still a tie, the higher place will be given to the horse with the most points for movement. If the highest and lowest points are eliminated, only the remaining points for type and movement are considered in the tie break. Failing a decision on either of these, one judge chosen by ballot will name his preference.

In the event of a tie in the championships, the higher place will be given to the horse with the highest total points in the qualifying classes. If the highest and lowest points are eliminated, only the remaining points for total, type and movement are considered in the tie break. If there is still a tie, the rules for ties in qualifying places will be applied.

 

Rules for Championships Open Championship

The Gold, Silver and Bronze medal winners will be selected from amongst all the horses which have qualified in their respective classes for each Championship.

The first and second placed horse of each class will be qualified for the Championship.

1. All Champions will be judged as follows:

a.) All the horses qualified for the championship will enter the ring and line up according to the numerical order of their cataloguenumbers.

b.) The horses will be judged individually, standing and trotting.

c.) Each judge will nominate his choice for gold, silver and bronze medal together at the same time, from amongst all the horses qualified for the Championship.

Points will give to the nominated horses as follows:

• A horse nominated by a judge for Gold Medal will receive 4
• A horse nominated by a judge for Silver Medal will receive 2
• A horse nominated by a judge for Bronze Medal will receive 1

The Gold Medal will be awarded to the horse with the most votes for Gold Medal Champion. In case of an equalamountof votefor Gold Medal Champion, the Gold Medalwillbeawardedtothehorsewith the highest number of championship points. From the remaining horses: The Silver Medal will be awarded to the horse with the highest number of championship points. The Bronze Medal will be awardedtothe horse withthe 2nd highest number of championship points.

In the case of a tie, the Rules for Ties in Championships will be followed.

The Gold Medal will be awarded to the horse with the most votes for Gold Medal Champion. In case of an equal amount of vote for Gold Medal Champion, the Gold Medal will be awarded to the horse with the highest number of championship points. In the case of a tie, the Rules for Ties in Championships will be followed. The judges will not discuss the horses.

 

2. A fourth horse will be selected, whichwill become the Bronze medal winner should one ofthe three medal If thisexhibitisnotapparentfromthevotingpapers, the judges willbe asked to nominate one. This horse will not be announced. In the event that two or more of the medal winners are disqualified, no further substitution will be made.

 

3. All horses which qualify for their respective Championships must take part in the Unless a certificate from the DC veterinarian is produced, failure to compete will disqualify the horse from the show, with its record of score and class placing being deleted and the horse being disqualified from showing for the period of one year as from the date of the show. In the event of a disqualification, horses placed behind the disqualified horse will move up a place in the class. Should a horse be sent out of the ring by the judges or taken out by the handler for any reason, it will be deemed to have taken part in the Championship.

 

4. All horses which are awarded a medal in their respective Championships must take part in the Championship prizegiving Unless the DC decides otherwise in which case any representative of the horse may accept the medal without the horse being present, absence of the horse or any representative to appear in the prizegiving ceremony will disqualify the horse from the show with its record of score in the class and championship placing being deleted and the horse being disqualified from the showing for the period of one year from the date of the show. In the event of a disqualification, all horses placed behind the disqualified horse will move up one place in the Championship.

Die Fohlenklassen sind offen für Fohlen ab dem Alter von 4 Wochen, geboren in 2021. Bei zu geringer Beteiligung behält sich der Veranstalter  vor, Klassen sowie ggf. Championate zusammen zu fassen bzw. ausfallen zu lassen.

Foal classes are open for foals aged 4 weeks and older born in 2021. If the entry numbers are too low, the above mentioned classes might be subject to change. Classes or Championships may be merged or cancelled.

 Allgemeine Bestimmungen / General Conditions

1. Die Teilnehmer unterwerfen sich den auf die Schauveranstaltung beschränkten und auf der Grundlage der in der Ausschreibung festgelegten Bewertungssystems getroffenen Entscheidungen der Diese sind vom Veranstalter eingeladen, ehrenamtlich tätig und nicht Beauftragte der Zuchtverbände, denen Sie angehören.
2. Alle Pferde müssen frei sein von ansteckenden Krankheiten und aus einem seuchenfreien Bestand kommen. Sie müssen wirksam gegen Influenza geimpft Der Impfpass ist vor Ort vorzulegen und dem Nennungsformular ist eine Kopie des Impfpasses beizulegen. Bei fehlen des Passes ist der zuständige Tierarzt ermächtigt, eine kostenpflichtige Untersuchung durchzuführen. Der Veranstalter ist berechtigt, nach Entscheidung des Tierarztes Pferde in Quarantäne zu verweisen.
3. Transportkostenentschädigung wird nicht
4. Boxenreservierung sind zusammen mit der Nennung abzugeben und werden nur dann berücksichtigt, wenn das Stallgeld in Höhe von – Euro pro Box gezahlt ist, inkl. erstem Einstreu (Stroh), Späne auf Anfrage.
5. Der Veranstalter haftet nicht für Schäden und Unfälle an Teilnehmern, Pferdepflegern, Zuschauern und Zubehör. Ebenso lehnt er jede Haftung für etwa vorkommende Diebstähle
6. Das Nenngeld beträgt für alle Klassen: – Euro pro Pferd. Dieses sind im Vorraus zu entrichten, andernfalls behält sich der Veranstalter vor, Pferde von der Schau auszuschließen. Für verspätet eingehende Meldungen wird vom Veranstalter eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 25.- Euro erhoben.
7. Die Vorführer sollen ordentlich gekleidet sein, die Vorführer dürfen keine Kleidungstücke tragen, die einen Hinweis auf das vorgeführte Pferd geben könnte. Die Pferde sind mit Lederzaumzeug oder leichtem Halfter
8. Gerätschaften zur Versorgung der Pferde sind
9. Im Ring darf sich nur ein Schauvorführer und ein weiterer Handlerassistent pro Pferd
10. Alle Pferde können stichprobenartig auf die Verwendung von verbotenen Substanzen getestet werden. Ist das Ergebnis positiv, gehen die Kosten zu Lasten des Von allen Ausstellern wird erwartet, dass sie sich entsprechend der Regeln des ethischen Schauverhaltens auf dem Gelände bewegen. Sie werden hierfür für sich selbst und Ihre Vorführer verantwortlich gemacht. Entscheidungen des Schaukomitees, der Richter, des Disziplinarkomitees und der eingesetzten Stewards sind endgültig. Sie sind nicht haftbar für die Folgen den von Ihnen getroffenen Entscheidungen.
11. Der Veranstalter übernimmt keine Haftung bei Unglücksfällen, Diebstahl, Feuer oder Schäden anderer Das Betreten der Anlage erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr. Die Eintragungen in allen Teilen des Kataloges erfolgen ohne Gewähr. Irrtümer vorbehalten. Gewährleistungs- und Regressansprüche aus Katalogeintragungen und -text gegenüber dem Schauorganisator, bzw. dem Ersteller des Kataloges, sind daher ausdrücklich ausgeschlossen. Nachdruck, auch auszugsweise, ist nicht gestattet. Den Weisungen der Ordner und der Organisationsleitung ist Folge zu leisten.

In case of a missing Vaccination Certificate the veterinarian on duty is allowed to examine the horse, liable for the costs is the owner of the horse. Any horse may be quarantined at the discretion of the veterinarian.

11. The organisers shall not be liable for death, injury, disease or damage to any person, horse or property Entering the property and it’s facilities is at own risk. All catalogentries are subject to change, there is no limit or warranty. Therefore any warranty claims against the organizerorthe personresponsible for the catalgogue are explicitely excluded.Reprint, even partly, is notallowed. Instructions ofofficials and organizer have to be complied with.
